About me and my practice

As a qualified drug and alcohol counsellor, I understand that addiction is a complex issue with many underlying factors. I'll work with you to explore your behaviours, triggers and relationships with substances and help you develop strategies for positive change.
I also work with carers who are supporting loved ones with addiction and complex needs, acknowledging the unique challenges and emotions that come with this role.
Recently I have worked with Kings College students and trainee and qualified doctors, and other backgrounds. I've developed a deep understanding of the challenges that come with academic life, relationships and personal growth. I've also worked with individuals navigating complex emotions and experiences of grief, loss and relationship issues.
